CWRT59 — Write, Move, Heal
Using thought-provoking exploratory writing, guided meditation, creative movement, and community, you will find insight into your inner world and life. In this series, we will be using a lens of Internal Family Systems and focusing on developing what is referred to as “Self energy.” Self energy consists of Calmness, Curiosity, Clarity, Compassion, Confidence, Courage, Creativity, and Connectedness.???????Through this workshop you will find a nurturing and soothing environment that allows you to tap into the alpha wave brain state - proven to boost creativity while reducing depression and anxiety. You will walk away with a deep sense of well-being and connection to fellow participants as well as tools to maintain a positive change! Practices will include qi gong, mindfulness, meditation, body scans, as well as free-association writing.
