CWEL26 — The Art of Shiatsu, Techniques
Shiatsu combines yoga stretches and conscious breathing with simple Shiatsu techniques. Shiatsu is a Japanese word meaning finger pressure. You will learn the 12 energy meridians, simple breathing techniques, gentle body work and the location of pressure points on the body. You may come with a partner; fee is per student. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat or towel. Sharon Fullington is a graduate of the Ohashiatsu Institute in Chicago and has been practicing Shiatsu techniques since 1993.
