The class will cover the basics of wine tasting and cheese identification, providing insights into the characteristics of different wine varietals and cheese types. Through guided tastings participants will discover classic and innovative pairings, gaining the skills to create perfect combinations for any occasion. By the end of class, you will have a deeper appreciation for the harmony between wine and cheese and the confidence to impress your guests with expertly chosen pairings. CLC's student-run restaurant.
