In this class, you will learn how to make gluten-free pastries and gluten-free savory dishes. Specialty flours and ingredients will be explained and utilized to create wonderful gluten-free dishes and pastries. For your protection wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and proper shoes. Tennis shoes with laces are fine but may not have holes, mesh, or sheer fabric. No open-back shoes or heels. Students with long hair will be required to wear both a hairnet and a cap. Also please bring an apron to wear. Please bring a container to take some products home.
