CDIS65 — Decorate and Delight: Cake
Students with learn to decorate a 6-inch cake. Using materials provided by instructor, students will learn how to identify and utilize the following cake design tools: turntable, piping bag with tip, cake board, offset spatula, rubber spatula. With the tools provided, students will apply a crumb coat of frosting to cake, apply a final coat of frosting then add designs such candies, colors, and a decorative border. Cakes will be safely boxed for the customer to take home.
