Through learning and incorporating mindfulness practices into your day, you can learn to build a new relationship with worry and stress. You can break free from your struggles and open up into new possibilities in your life at home, work, relationships and/or school. Through four weeks of experiential exercises and discussion, you will learn how to better handle whatever life sends your way. These are invaluable strategies to use for a lifetime.
