CAD211 — Geometric Dimensioning and Tol

This course is a study of the current ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing standard. It helps students interested in CAD advance their knowledge and skills of mechanical design/drafting operation utilizing an industrial CAD system. The emphasis is on the understanding of the principles and applications of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standard. Common practice and techniques in creating a professional mechanical drawing will also be covered.

Prerequisites: CAD-170, CAD-173, CAD-171, CAD-176
