PN 113 — NURSING CARE OF THE ADULT I
This course introduces students to the physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs of clients with common health conditions. The role of the practical nurse will be described in relation to meeting the basic needs of those clients in all stages of health and illness. Also covered are basic concepts of nutrition and drug therapy used in the treatment and/or management of different disease processes. 5 credits
