LE 125 — TECHNOLOGY IN LAW ENFORCEMENT
Students will be introduced and exposed to Zuercher Technologies Public Safety Software to include Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management System, Mobile and E-Ticketing which is used by law enforcement personnel to combat crime, the fear of crime, to maintain civil order, and to enhance the quality of life in their communities. Students will also learn the significance of aligning information systems to support community policing initiatives and proactive problem-solving. Advancements in technology will be integrated into the class as it evolves in the world of law enforcement. .5 credit
