Stored grain is one of the most liquid assets a producer or elevator has to market. As such, knowledge behind preserving stored grain as well as the systems necessary to do so are key. Seed technology has also come a long way recently, with advances in genetics, treatments, and agronomic knowledge based on selecting hybrids. This class strives to provide some introductory knowledge to both of these topics. 2 credits
