LAW 037 — BANKRUPTCY AND CREDITOR'S RIGHTS
3.00 Units (Lec 3 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU Students learn the basics of bankruptcy law and procedure. The course focuses predominantly on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bank - ruptcy, including preparing the necessary forms for these types of bankruptcy. Other topics include, but are not limited to, the CREDIT COURSES evolution of bankruptcy law, researching bankruptcy law, the roles of various individuals in the bankruptcy process, and information gathering and counseling.
