LAW 002 — BUSINESS LAW II
3.00 Units (Lec 3 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU, UC Students learn about the fundamental principles of law as they apply in the business world. Topics include, but are not limited to, bankruptcy law; employment and labor law; employment discrim - ination; corporations; administrative law; environmental law; real property and landlord-tenant relationships; and wills, trusts, and elder law. This course is necessary for a well-rounded knowledge of business law.
