KIN 333 — STEP AEROBICS AND WEIGHT TRAINING
1.00 Units (Lab 3 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU, UC Students use a combination of strength training machines, free weights, step aerobics, and low impact aerobics to increase overall fitness and knowledge of personal health. These activities are uti - lized to gain fitness, emphasizing flexibility, muscular strength, and CREDIT COURSES cardiovascular endurance. Students learn safety training, biome - chanics, nutrition, weight management, and other nutrition and fit - ness concepts and skills.
