KIN 307 — SWIM AND RUN

1.00 Units (Lab 3 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU, UC Students develop an understanding of cardiovascular endurance and fitness through running and swimming instruction. Students will learn proper swimming and running techniques with practice drills and feedback. The emphasis will be to provide safe and effec- tive training progressions to improve health and skill acquisition. This class promotes the appreciation of outdoor fitness and all abil- ities are welcomed.
