MFG 291 - Advanced Manufacturing MFG 291 - Advanced Manufacturing 1.00 credits MFG 291 is a follow-up course in metal removal processes - emphasis on increased knowledge in conventional, conversational NC and CNC drilling, milling, and lathe processes, including tool grinding. Course stress will be on use of various types of conventional and CNC processes, planning, concepts and machining. All lab practice will be on all conventional and CNC platforms available to the student.
