COS 115C - Hair Design Clinical COS 115C - Hair Design Clinical 7.00 credits Clinic-level lab sessions empower students to evaluate and synthesize the requirements mandated by the Oregon Board of Cosmetology. Students will assess and judge the effectiveness of practices in client relations, infection control, haircutting, hair design, shampooing, and conditioning. The course must be completed with a 75% or higher.
