EMS 210 - Paramedic Module I EMS 210 - Paramedic Module I Program Coordinator Consent fall Lecture: 9 hours of lecture/discussion per week. Lab: 4 hours of lab per week. This course is the first in a series of three modules designed to develop the training, expertise, and assessment skills that are required of the Paramedic. EMS 210 includes a focus on the foundations that will be built throughout the rest of the program. Some medical emergencies will be addressed. Emphasis is on integrating prehospital care through emergency patient care into the continuum of total patient care, with emphasis on a team concept. Note: Student must have a current unrestricted state issued EMT/AEMT/EMT Intermediate license and current AHA BLS Provider card. View Course Availability PCS: 1.2
