CJS11100 — Legal Issues in Corrections
V This course is a study of up-to-date constitutional law and its impact on correctional institutions, the correctional officer, and the inmate. The student will gain a basic understanding of how state and federal court decisions pertaining to inmate rights have affected the writing of policy and procedure within the correctional system.
