BIO20000 — Fundamentals of Nutrition

This course was designed for students with an interest in nutrition and wellness with an emphasis on key nutritional concepts for health care students. The relationship between nutrition and disease processes will be explored. Specific dietary needs of special populations will also be examined. Various diets and their impact on health will be discussed. (Science Credit)
