Students will learn how to interpret code documents, apply regulatory requirements to construction plans, and ensure that commercial projects meet legal, safety, and quality standards. Through case studies and applied exercises, students develop the skills necessary to navigate regulatory frameworks, identify potential compliance issues, and implement solutions that maintain code adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
