BAKE 0220 - Cakes & Icing Production BAKE 0220 - Cakes & Icing Production 3 Credit Hours Students will learn the dynamics of producing cakes that are light and delicate. The ingredients and how they are put together to produce quality products will be gone over in details. Icings that accommodate various cakes will be discussed and produced. Basic cake decorating techniques will be taught throughout the course.
