hours (2 lecture/1 lab) This course is an introduction to Autodesk Civil 3D software. This class considers the needs of professionals such as engineers, surveyors, watershed and storm water analysts, land developers and computer-aided drafting (CAD) technicians who wish to learn about various infrastructure projects. Topics include: points, surfaces, surface analysis, alignments, profiles, assemblies and sub-assemblies, corridors, parcels, sections, quantity takeoffs, grading, earthwork calculations, and pipe and pressure networks.
