CTE 1143 - NCCER Core CTE 1143 - NCCER Core Career and Technical Education Class Hours: 2 hours lecture and 2 hours lab. Semester This course includes basic safety, an introduction to construction math, an introduction to hand and power tools, an introduction to construction drawings, employability skills and communications. Approved elective for Industrial Service Programs.
