CIT 2911 - Special Problem CIT 2911 - Special Problem Career and Technical Education Class Hours: 2 to 6 hours lab. Semester -3 A course designed to provide the student with practical application of skills and knowledge gained in the other Civil Technology courses. The instructor works closely with the student to insure that the selection of a project will enhance the student’s learning experience.
