CM 215 - Construction Planning and Scheduling CM 215 - Construction Planning and Scheduling Lecture: 2 Lab: 2 A study of the planning and control of construction projects through the use of construction schedule. Scheduling techniques using bar charts and critical path methods will be addressed using current scheduling software. Issues associated with project delays, costs and project paperwork that relate to scheduling will be covered. Students who have already completed CM 100 may use CM 100 in place of CM 101.
