This course provides an overview of machining processes. The course introduc- es a wide variety of skills in the planning, machining, and finishing of metal products. Students develop basic skills in the use of measurement devices, hand tools, hardware types, locating holes, drill press, band saw, engine lathe, key mills, bearings, and shaft seals. 2 credits (1 lecture/2 lab)
