Beef Specialist Certificate 32 Credit Hours The Beef Specialist Certificate is designed to provide students with the practical with an emphasis placed on technical knowledge and practical hands-on training by working with the beef cattle at the University of Illinois Beef Research Center, adjacent to the JWCC Agricultural Education Center. NOTE: Only students who do not need additional coursework and who take the number of credits or courses as listed each semester can complete the program in the time given.
