CUA 210 — Beverage Management
This course is a survey course of basic alcoholic and non- alco - holic beverages as they relate to food service. T opics include wine and food appreciation and laws related to alcohol ser- vices. Upon completion, students should be able to determine what beverages compliment various cuisine and particular tastes.
