CUA 101 — Orientation to the Hospitality Profession
This course is an introduction to the food service industry and employment opportunities. This course focuses on the different types of food service/ hospitality outlets. Upon completion of this course, the student will be knowledge- able of business and career opportunities within the food service industry.
