Tests for glucose, urea, creatinine, uric acid, proteins, bilirubin, enzymes and electrolytes are included. Colorimetric and photometric techniques used in examining normal and abnormal clini - cal specimens are introduced along with special procedures such as immunoassays and electrophoresis.
