Troubleshooting in various areas such as: control circuits, combination starters, control devices, special controls, DC motors, AC motors, lighting systems with use of schematics, building drawings, and with emphasis on cutting troubleshooting time. Replaces RTI 215.

Prerequisites: ELT-126, ELT-152
