VISC 207 - Portfolio Preparation VISC 207 - Portfolio Preparation PROGRAM: Visual Communications CREDIT HOURS MIN: 2 STUDIO HOURS MIN: 6 DATE OF LAST REVISION: Fall 2020 Provides advanced facilitation focusing on the students’ final preparation for the Visual Communications pathways into industry or college transfer. Requires a portfolio development plan to be approved by the instructor. Finalizes project work in a culminating digital portfolio demonstrating acquired knowledge and skills, along with a consistently branded resume package, and professional presentation. REQUIRED SOFTWARE: This class makes use of industry-standard Adobe software. Students will NOT be able to complete the coursework without the use of Adobe software. Only students enrolled in Visual Communications courses that use Adobe software have been assigned an Adobe license. Not all students will have the ability to access Adobe software at home. All Visual Communications labs are outfitted with the latest Adobe software.
