Designed to complement classroom learning, this learning experience offers students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world veterinary settings. Under the guidance of experienced veterinary professionals, participants will practice practical skills in animal care, medical procedures, and client interaction. Through a structured and immersive experience, students will enhance their clinical competencies, develop teamwork and communication skills, and gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of a veterinary assistant. This externship serves as a valuable bridge between academic study and professional practice, preparing aspiring veterinary assistants for a successful and fulfilling careers in the veterinary healthcare industry.
