NRSG 207 - Nursing Care of Childbearing and Childrearing Families Clinical NRSG 207 - Nursing Care of Childbearing and Childrearing Families Clinical Emphasis is placed on the prevention of illness and the maintenance, promotion, and restoration of health as well as the support of death with dignity and implementation of the ordered plan of treatment. Knowledge of principles of growth and development, family development, and family nursing are utilized to adapt therapeutic communication, therapeutic intervention, and teaching-learning techniques to provide nursing care to childbearing and childrearing families.
