LEGS 214 - Constitutional Law LEGS 214 - Constitutional Law This course will explore various methodologies of constitutional interpretation and modes of constitutional analysis. Topics covered include the history of the Articles of Confederation, the history of the Constitution of the United States, the role of the judiciary, the separation of powers and relations among the federal branches of government, the powers of the national government and federalism based on Congress and the states and individual constitutional rights. The projects will include writing three case briefs, one memorandum of law and one memorandum of points and authorities. MAJOR COURSE LEARNING
