The course also emphasizes customer journey mapping to uncover opportunities for engagement and improvement, alongside developing a strategic networking plan that leverages connections for business growth. Students will understand the importance of personal finance in relation to business finance while learning to validate business ideas for feasibility, market fit, and scalability.
