ASEP 210 - GM ASEP Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Fundamentals and Safety ASEP 210 - GM ASEP Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Fundamentals and Safety Instruction emphasizes the safe use of precision measuring tools and GM-specific service equipment needed to diagnose, service, and repair the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of hybrid and electric drivetrains found in modern GM passenger vehicles and light duty trucks. Throughout the course, students complete required modules in GM’s Center of Learning (service technician online training) and continue preparing for nationally recognized ASE certification exams.
