ASEP 127 - GM ASEP Engine Repair ASEP 127 - GM ASEP Engine Repair Instruction emphasizes correct use of precision measuring tools and GM-specific service equipment. Students analyze the theory and operation of multiple GM engine designs and apply procedures for inspection, troubleshooting, and repair. Throughout the course, students complete required modules in GM’s Center of Learning (service technician online training) and conclude the sequence by taking the nationally recognized ASE A1 Engine Repair certification exam.
