CHM 1032 — Biochemistry for Health Professionals
In this course, students learn the essentials of chemistry and biochemistry for students in health-related fields. Emphasis is placed on chemical and biochemical applications to the health-related fields, and on understanding the structure and function of biologically important compounds including lipids, carbohydrates, proteins, and nucleic acids.
