The course builds on pharmacological nursing using the nursing process as the framework introduced in Pharmacology I. Students learn actions, interactions, adverse effects, nursing implications for drugs for multiple body systems and differences across the lifespan. The course progresses with dosage calculation through advanced pharmacological calculations for safe medication administration.
