3.0 Credit(s) Lecture 3 Lab 0 Estimating introduces students to the principles and techniques of estimating construction costs, with emphasis on quantity take-off, pricing elements of direct and indirect costs, including labor, equipment, material, and subcontractors. Spreadsheets and scheduling software are used for computerized estimating. Prerequisite(s): CON 114 - Blueprint Reading
