CON421 — On-the-job Training
Having completed the first year curriculum, students will participate in industry learning from various journeymen and supervisory personnel. Students are encouraged to work in the commercial construction areas with local contractors as part of the partnering process the program has developed. This is a paid OJT experience of 320 hours. The hourly rate of pay will be determined by the field of work and the student’s negotiations with the contractor. Students will be required to meet employment requirements as any standard employee.
