Add to Pathway 3 Credits Course Description: This course provides an opportunity to gain practical experience through on-site training at Willow Ridge Golf Course or an instructor approved off-site location. The student will work in all areas of the restaurant facility including front and back of house. A letter grade of C or higher must be earned in this course to satisfy the program graduation requirements.
