Add to Pathway 3 Credits Course Description: This course is a lecture to coincide with HCM 143 Food Preparation 1 lecture. The students will gain hands on experience in the preparations of fruits, vegetables, salads and other various items up to and potentially including meats, fish, and shellfish.
