Add to Pathway 3 Credits Course Description: This course is a lecture to coincide with HCM 144 Food Preparation Lab 1 . The students will gain hands on experience in the preparations of fruits, vegetables, salads and other various items up to and potentially including meats, fish, and shellfish.
