Add to Pathway 4 Credits Course Description: This course is accredited by the Iowa Real Estate Commission and has been approved for real estate salesperson pre-licensing. Upon successful completion of this course students will be prepared to sit for the Iowa real estate salesperson exam. Students will complete their homework utilizing a required workbook.
