Disorders covered include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance disorders, personality disorders, and disorders in children and the elderly. Students will learn to identify signs and symptoms of each disorder. They also will learn basic skills and therapeutic treatments that effectively individuals who have mental disorders.
