HLTH 1154 - Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement HLTH 1154 - Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement 2 Credits Using a mindfulness approach, examining the dimensions of wellness; including physical, intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, and others. Students will complete self-assessments, breathing exercises, meditation, and physical activity. Goal setting and behavior change will also be discussed. This course may be used to fulfill both the health and physical education requirements for the A.A. degree.
