SOC219 — Race/Ethnicity in America
3.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: Approved reading placement score, or equivalent. This course uses the sociological approach to explore the relationships among the various racial and ethnic groups which constitute American society, including the structure of power distribution and inequality, process of adaptation, related movements for social change, and current issues of pluralism.
