3.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: MGMT 211 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course explores the relationship of existing and emerging processes and technologies to strategic and project management in organizations. The course addresses three main topics: aligning resources, configuring and integrating operating processes for support, and implementing change. Three lecture hours per week. (Formerly MAMM 233)
